| PRINCIPLE : |
| The LATEX AGGLUTINATION TEST FOR ANTISTREPTOLYSIN-O (ASO) kit is based on an immunological reaction between streptolysin-O bound to latex particles and antistreptolysin-O in the test serum. Visible agglutination occurs when increased antibody level, are present in the test serum. |
