| PRINCIPLE : | |
| The principle of ALBUMIN is serum albumin binds selectively to the dye bromcresol green (BCG) at pH 4.2 . The increase in absorbance of the resulting albumin-BCG complex, read at 630nm, is proportional to the albumin concentration. | |
